  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 3/4 c. Bisquick
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Instructions

  2. Beat remaining ingredients for 1 minute with a hand beater.
