Ingredients

  • 12 oz. tomato sauce
  • 6 oz. tomato paste
  • 2 lb. lean hamburger
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 onion
  • 12 oz. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 box shell macaroni
  • 1 cup grated American cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine tomato sauce, tomato paste, hamburger, oregano, garlic salt, parsley, onion, water, salt, and pepper in a pan and simmer.
  2. Cook a box of shell macaroni according to package directions, then drain.
  3. Mix the cooked macaroni with the tomato mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish.
  5. Top with grated American cheese and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Cover and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
