Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped

Instructions

  1. Beat sugar, eggs, melted margarine, vanilla, light corn syrup, flour, and nutmeg together until well combined.
  2. Add chopped pecans to the mixture and pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
  3. Decorate the top of the pie with pecan halves.
  4. Bake about 50 minutes at 350°F in the center of the oven.
