Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/4 cups bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients: ground chuck, salt, green pepper, chopped onion, eggs, mustard, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and bread crumbs.
  2. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
  3. Place the mixture in a lightly greased 13 x 9-inch dish.
  4. Spread catsup on top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake at 350°F until done, approximately 60 minutes.
