Hearty baked pasta dish combining seasoned ground beef, vegetables, mushrooms, and creamy cheese, topped with cheddar for a comforting meal suitable for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 5 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 can mushrooms and juice
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 8 oz. cooked broad noodles
  • 1/2 lb. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Saute ground beef, chopped onions, and chopped green pepper together until cooked.
  2. Add canned mushrooms and juice, tomato soup, cooked broad noodles, and cream cheese. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a large casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Bake uncovered at 350°F for one hour until bubbly and golden.
