Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large can chopped green chilies
  • 1 can sliced stewed tomatoes or 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1 large can pork and beans
  • Polish sausage
  • 1 large can cooked pinto beans
  • 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon until almost done.
  2. Add chopped bell pepper and chopped onion to the bacon.
  3. Cook until the vegetables are soft.
  4. Add ground beef and cook until browned and done.
  5. Add chopped green chilies, canned stewed tomatoes or Ro-Tel tomatoes, tomato soup, and canned pinto beans.
  6. Stir in grated Cheddar cheese just before serving.
  7. Add sliced Polish sausage when adding the beans.
