Ingredients

  • 3 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of tomato soup
  • 1 small can tomato puree

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef, bell pepper, onion, and garlic in a large skillet.
  2. Add cream of chicken, cream of celery, cream of mushroom, cream of tomato soups, and tomato puree to the skillet. Mix well.
  3. Cook noodles as directed; drain.
  4. Add cooked noodles to the soup mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Pour the mixture into two baking dishes.
  6. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese and sliced olives.
  7. Bake or freeze for later use. Serve with garlic toast and salad.
