Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons packed brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 5 or 6 pork chops

Instructions

  1. Place pork chops in the crock-pot.
  2. Mix all other ingredients and pour over the chops.
  3. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
