Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 3 scallions, chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp. sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. plain bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  3. Form the mixture into a loaf shape.
  4. Cook as desired (baking or pan-frying recommended).
