Lasagna Dinner

Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (8 oz.) bag sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) bag Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (12 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • dash of oregano
  • 8 oz. cottage cheese
  • 1 box lasagna noodles

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef. Drain.
  2. Boil noodles; drain.
  3. Melt butter and pour in bottom of pan.
  4. Layer noodles, layer of ground beef, a dash of oregano and pour on sauce. Top with cottage cheese, Mozzarella and Cheddar.
  5. Repeat layers and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
  6. Use a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
