Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 medium onions, finely chopped
  • 1 small bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 (16 oz) cans pork and beans
  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and chopped onions in a skillet.
  2. Add chopped bell pepper and cook until tender.
  3. Mix in the remaining ingredients: pork and beans, ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, salt, pepper, and molasses.
  4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  5. Bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Serve hot.
