Tips & Substitutions

For a flavorful twist, consider adding roasted vegetables or olives to the salad mix. You can substitute fresh mozzarella for Brick cheese for a creamier texture. If you're short on time, pre-cooked lasagna noodles can be used. This recipe is versatile, so feel free to experiment with other Italian recipes by adding different proteins or dressings.

Serving Suggestions

Lasagna salad pairs beautifully with garlic bread or a light soup for a well-rounded meal. You can also serve it alongside grilled chicken or fish for added protein. For a fun twist, consider serving it in individual cups for gatherings or potlucks, making it easy for guests to enjoy.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To maintain the crunchiness of the croutons, consider separating them from the salad until ready to serve. If you need to reheat, do so gently in a microwave, but keep in mind that the salad is best enjoyed cold.
