Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 cup blackberry jam (seedless)
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 3 cups cake flour
  • 1.5 cups coconut
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

  2. Cream sugar, margarine, eggs, and buttermilk until well combined.
