Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 5 medium potatoes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 large can tomatoes
  • 1 medium bell pepper
  • 3 medium stalks celery

Instructions

  1. Layer ingredients in a large covered dish, starting with potatoes on the bottom, then celery, onion, bell pepper, and seasoned ground beef.
  2. Top the layered ingredients with chopped tomatoes and their juice.
  3. Bake in the covered dish at 400°F for 1 1/2 hours.
