Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream (Cool Whip)
  • 2 (3 1/2 oz) packages lemon instant pudding
  • 3 cups cold milk

Instructions

  1. Mix together margarine, flour, and chopped walnuts and press into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
  2. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
  3. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Fold in whipped cream (Cool Whip) and spread this mixture on top of the cooled crust.
  5. Mix lemon pudding mix with 3 cups cold milk until thickened.
  6. Spread the pudding mixture on top of the cream cheese layer.
  7. When the pudding has set, spread additional whipped cream (Cool Whip) over the top.
  8. Sprinkle with finely chopped nuts.
  9. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
