- Flatten chicken slightly and dust with flour.
- Mix eggs with Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons parsley, salt, and pepper. Dip chicken in egg mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan and brown chicken on both sides over medium-high heat. Discard oil and wipe pan out.
- Melt butter in the pan. Add chicken broth and 2 tablespoons parsley. Squeeze juice from lemon in sauce and put lemon in sauce.
- Return chicken to the pan.
- Simmer for 10 minutes or until tender.
- Add wine and pepper.
- Simmer for 5 minutes. Remove to serving dish.
- Pour sauce over chicken and garnish with lemon and parsley.
