Ingredients

  • 10 oz. frozen broccoli spears
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 2 tsp. sherry extract
  • salt and pepper
  • 12 oz. cooked sliced turkey
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 packages instant chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook broccoli according to package directions.
  2. Drain the cooked broccoli.
  3. Place the drained broccoli in an 8-inch square baking pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Arrange sliced turkey on top of the broccoli.
  5. Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
  6. In a small bowl, combine all-purpose flour, plain low-fat yogurt, mustard, sherry extract, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
  7. Pour the sauce evenly over the broccoli and turkey.
  8. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until heated through and golden.
