Manicotti With Meat Stuffing

Instructions
- Saute first three ingredients in the butter or oil.
- Drain excess fat and cool.
- Add the next 6 ingredients (and the milk if needed).
- Stuff the manicotti.
- Spoon over a little of the sauce of your choice and bake covered about 40 minutes.
- Store overnight.
- The next day, spoon over remaining sauce and heat thoroughly.
