Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Shape into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 90 minutes.
  4. Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes after baking.
  5. Drain off excess fat before serving.
