Ingredients

  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 3/4 c. chopped nuts
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 6 tsp. oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugars, baking powder and soda, salt, raisins, and chopped nuts in a bowl.
  2. Whisk together eggs, sour cream, oil, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
  3. Make a well in the dry ingredients, pour in the liquid mixture, and stir to combine.
  4. Spoon the batter into paper-lined muffin cups.
  5. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20 to 25 minutes or until the muffins are done.
