Ingredients
- 17 oz. white Shoe Peg corn, drained
- 17 oz. peas, drained ⓘ
- 15 oz. French-style green beans, drained ⓘ
- 1/2 cup diced celery ⓘ
- 1/2 to 1 cup chopped onions ⓘ
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper ⓘ
- 2 oz. chopped pimentos, drained ⓘ
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt (optional) ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper ⓘ
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil ⓘ
- 1/2 cup vinegar ⓘ
Instructions
- Combine all vegetables, tossing lightly.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
- Pour the hot marinade over the vegetables.
- Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours or overnight.
