Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. ground pork sausage
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 package Lipton mushroom soup
  • 1/3 c. ketchup
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1/2 c. oatmeal

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and pack lightly into a meat loaf pan.
  2. Bake in a moderate oven at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
  3. Glaze the meat loaf with a mixture of ketchup and mustard.
  4. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
