Instructions
- Cook the jumbo shells according to the package directions; drain well.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet; drain excess fat.
- Mix the cooked meat, eggs, bread crumbs, mozzarella cheese, chopped onion, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each cooked shell with the meat filling.
- Spread a thin layer of spaghetti sauce in the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
- Arrange the filled shells in the baking dish with the open side up.
- Pour the remaining spaghetti sauce over the shells.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
