Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground hamburger
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1 (No. 303) can green beans
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can tomato soup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground hamburger and small onion in a skillet.
  2. Add the cooked meat and onion to a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the diced potatoes, carrots, diced celery, green beans, tomato soup, salt, and black pepper to the bowl and mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a casserole dish.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 1 hour.
