Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare the meatloaf mixture by combining ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, chopped onion, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  2. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  3. Mix together vinegar, brown sugar, water, tomato sauce, and a little salt and pepper to make the glaze.
  4. Pour the glaze over the meatloaf.
  5. Bake the meatloaf for about 1 hour, basting occasionally with the glaze.
