Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 package spaghetti sauce
  • 6 oz. can tomato paste
  • 12 oz. package mozzarella cheese
  • 2 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 8 oz. can biscuits

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and drain excess fat.
  2. Add chopped green pepper and cook until tender.
  3. Stir in spaghetti sauce, water, and tomato paste.
  4. Simmer the mixture for 10 minutes.
  5. Line a greased 9-inch pie plate with biscuits.
  6. Press the biscuits together to seal the bottom and along the sides of the pan.
