Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 2/3 c. minced onion
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, minced onion, milk, eggs, parsley, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into small walnut-sized balls.
  3. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake in a 350°F oven for 25 minutes, turning as needed.
  4. Prepare the spaghetti sauce in a separate pan.
  5. Add the baked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for a few minutes before serving.
