Ingredients

- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. salt ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. pepper ⓘ
- 1 cup sour cream ⓘ
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise ⓘ
- 1 package (1 1/4 oz.) taco seasoning mix ⓘ
- 2 cans (10 1/2 oz.) jalapeno bean dip ⓘ
- 1 cup chopped green onions with tops ⓘ
- 2 cups coarsely chopped seeded tomatoes ⓘ
- 2 cans (3 1/2 oz. each) chopped ripe olives ⓘ
- 1 8 oz. package shredded sharp cheddar cheese ⓘ
Instructions
- Peel, pit, and mash the avocados, then mix with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning mix.
- Add chopped green onions, tomatoes, and chopped ripe olives to the avocado mixture.
- Fold in the sour cream mixture until well blended.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese before serving.
