Ingredients

  • 3 medium avocados
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package (1 1/4 oz.) taco seasoning mix
  • 2 cans (10 1/2 oz.) jalapeno bean dip
  • 1 cup chopped green onions with tops
  • 2 cups coarsely chopped seeded tomatoes
  • 2 cans (3 1/2 oz. each) chopped ripe olives
  • 1 8 oz. package shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Peel, pit, and mash the avocados, then mix with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  2. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning mix.
  3. Add chopped green onions, tomatoes, and chopped ripe olives to the avocado mixture.
  4. Fold in the sour cream mixture until well blended.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese before serving.
