Ingredients

  • 1/2 pkg. macaroni
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni as directed on the package.
  2. Brown ground beef, chopped onion, and diced green pepper in a skillet.
  3. Add chili powder, drained corn, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper to the meat mixture. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour the meat and sauce mixture over the drained cooked macaroni.
  5. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese on top and serve.
