A creamy Mexican-inspired dip featuring sour cream, ranch dressing, and a blend of cheeses and fresh vegetables, perfect for parties and casual gatherings with tortilla chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 large carton sour cream
  • 1 package dried Ranch House dressing
  • Parmesan cheese
  • shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 bunch green onions (tops only)
  • 1 small can sliced black olives
  • green pepper, diced
  • tomato, diced

Instructions

  1. Blend the dressing and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Put the mixture in a pile in the center of a serving plate.
  3. Top with shredded Parmesan, Monterey Jack, and Cheddar cheeses.
  4. Add diced green pepper and diced tomato on top.
  5. Sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese over the toppings.
  6. Arrange tortilla chips around the dip to serve and scoop.
