- Heat the refried beans on low in a medium pan.
- Microwave the tortillas for 3 to 4 minutes in the package, turning once.
- Place a tortilla on a plate.
- Spread a tablespoon of refried beans and a tablespoon of seasoned meat on the tortilla.
- Add shredded cheese, lettuce, diced tomatoes, and onions on top.
- Place a second tortilla on top and repeat the layers: beans, meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions.
- Repeat the layering process for the remaining tortillas.
- Serve immediately, cut into wedges if desired.
