- Divide the meat mixture among the softened cabbage leaves.
- Fold in the sides of each leaf and roll up, securing with toothpicks.
- Place the cabbage rolls seam side down in a 12 x 18-inch baking dish.
- Mix remaining tomato soup and drained sauerkraut; pour over the cabbage rolls.
