Ingredients

  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • parsley to taste
  • oregano to taste
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 3 cans minced clams

Instructions

  1. Saute the minced clams for 10 minutes and save the juice.
  2. Saute the diced green pepper and onion in margarine for 10 minutes, adding lemon to taste.
  3. Combine the cooked clams, sautéed vegetables, and add 1 cup bread crumbs.
  4. Season the mixture with parsley and oregano.
  5. Mix well, top with shredded Cheddar cheese, and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
