Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 2 slices bread, grated into crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into oblong mini loaf shapes and place in small microwave-safe pans or dishes.
  3. Microwave on high for 8 minutes. Remove and drain excess grease.
  4. Turn the loaves over and microwave for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
