Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup diced potatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, flour, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chopped onion, diced celery, diced carrots, and diced potatoes to the mixture.
  4. Stir in the tomato soup, mushroom soup, and milk until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake uncovered for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until the carrots and potatoes are tender.
