  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can salted peanuts
  • 1 c. golden raisins
  • 1 c. dried banana chips
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 4 c. popped popcorn
  • 1 c. flaked coconut

Instructions

  1. Mix the graham and honey cereal, salted peanuts, golden raisins, and dried banana chips in a large bowl.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a greased 12 x 8-inch baking dish and set aside.

Tips & Substitutions

For a crunchier texture, you can lightly toast the graham and honey cereal before mixing it with other ingredients. If you're looking for substitutions, try using almonds or walnuts instead of salted peanuts, and swap out golden raisins for dried cranberries or apricots for a different flavor. Ground cinnamon or nutmeg can also be used in place of ground ginger for a warm spice note.

Serving Suggestions

These mixed snacks make for a great on-the-go treat or party snack. Serve them alongside Colorful Party Punch for a delightful combination. They can also be enjoyed as a topping over yogurt or ice cream, or mixed into breakfast oatmeal for added texture and flavor.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. If you want to keep them fresher longer, consider refrigerating them in a sealed bag. Reheat in the oven at low temperature for a few minutes if you prefer them warm or enjoy them cold as a snack.
