Mocha Cheesecake(Microwave)

- Microwave butter for 30 seconds on High.
- Combine melted butter, finely crushed chocolate wafers, and 1/2 Tbsp. sugar.
- Press mixture into the bottom of an 8-inch round microwave-safe pie dish to form the crust.
- Microwave on High for 1 1/2 minutes; let the crust cool.
- Melt the sweet chocolate in the dish for 2 minutes or until smooth.
- Microwave cream cheese until soft.
- Combine melted chocolate, cream cheese, eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, instant coffee, and a pinch of salt.
- Mix until smooth and well blended.
- Pour the filling over the cooled crust.
- Microwave at Medium power for 14 minutes or until the center is set, turning the dish twice during cooking.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
