Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground veal
  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 1/4 tsp. granulated garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1/8 tsp. white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup cornflake crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Combine ground veal, ground pork, granulated garlic, chopped parsley, chopped onion, white pepper, curry powder, egg, and breadcrumbs in a large bowl.
  3. Mix well with hands until ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. Form the mixture into 6 equal patties.
  5. Roll each patty in cornflake crumbs, coating well on all sides.
  6. Fry the patties in oil until golden brown on each side.
  7. Remove from skillet and place on a shallow baking pan.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
