Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic salt
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 12 oz. egg noodles
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 small can sliced olives
  • 10 slices bacon
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef with chopped onion, salt, pepper, and garlic salt in a skillet until browned.
  2. Add canned tomatoes, creamed corn, sliced olives, and tomato sauce to the beef mixture. Mix well and simmer briefly.
  3. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  4. Combine the cooked noodles with the meat mixture and stir well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  6. Cut bacon slices into strips and place on top of the mixture.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
