Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 3 handfuls crushed oatmeal
  • 1/4 c. ketchup
  • 6 green onions, cut up
  • 3 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. red pepper seed
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
  3. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for approximately 1 hour or until cooked through.
