Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. sautéed onion
  • 1 c. chopped spinach, well drained
  • mushrooms, sliced thin
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1 c. cooked ham, diced or bacon

Instructions

  1. Add flour to the beaten eggs and mix well.
  2. Combine the rest of the ingredients: milk, mayonnaise, sautéed onion, chopped spinach, sliced mushrooms, grated cheese, and cooked ham or bacon.
  3. Pour the mixture into a prepared pie shell.
  4. Sprinkle with paprika on top.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 40 minutes until set and golden.
