- Cook the egg noodles according to the package directions and place in a casserole dish.
- Cook the frozen spinach according to the package directions; set aside.
- Combine melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, nutmeg, pepper, and lemon juice; pour over spinach and toss well.
- Add the spinach mixture and grated cheeses to the cooked noodles in the casserole, reserving 1/4 cup of the Italian cheese.
- Toss lightly to combine.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.
- Bake for 5 minutes at 475°F or until the cheese is melted.
