Ingredients

  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 1/2 c. oatmeal
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 6 oz. bag chocolate chips
  • 3/4 c. raisins
  • 1 c. nuts

Instructions

  1. Melt butter; add brown sugar, egg and vanilla.
  2. Beat until creamy; add soda and salt and mix until blended.
  3. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Drop by spoon on cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 350°.
