Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground ham
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground pork

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs with a fork and add chopped onions, brown sugar, dry mustard, and vinegar.
  2. Add milk to moisten the mixture.
  3. Stir in bread crumbs, ground ham, and ground pork until well combined.
  4. Divide the mixture into two loaf pans.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1.5 to 2 hours until cooked through and browned on top.
