Ingredients

  • 2 3/4 cups Bisquick
  • 1 1/4 cups mashed bananas
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Generously grease the bottom of a 10 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
  3. Stir all ingredients in a 3 or 4-quart bowl with a fork until moistened.
  4. Then beat vigorously for 1 minute.
  5. Bake until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 35 to 40 minutes.
  6. Cool for 15 minutes.
  7. Run a spatula around the edge of the pan before serving.
