Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • 3/4 lb. Bacon, cut in pieces
  • 1 c. Chopped Onion
  • 2 cans Pork & Beans
  • 1 can Kidney Beans
  • 1 can Lima Beans, drained
  • 1 c. Ketchup
  • 1/4 c. Brown Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Salt

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet, drain excess fat, then transfer it to the crockpot.
  2. Cook the bacon and onions in a skillet until browned, then drain and add to the crockpot.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients to the crockpot.
  4. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 9 hours.
