Tips & Substitutions

For a quick cooking experience, prepare all your ingredients before starting. If turkey breast cutlets are unavailable, chicken breast can be substituted. For a gluten-free option, use tamari in place of soy sauce. Fresh vegetables can also be replaced with frozen stir-fry blends. For extra flavor, consider adding a teaspoon of sesame oil or ginger.

Serving Suggestions

This Oriental Turkey Stir-Fry is best served over steamed rice or noodles to soak up the flavorful sauce. For a complete meal, pair it with a side of spring rolls or a light cucumber salad. It also pairs beautifully with Golden China Fried Rice for a satisfying dinner experience.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, simply microwave on medium power until heated through, or re-stir-fry in a skillet for a few minutes to regain that fresh texture. Avoid reheating more than once to maintain quality.
