Ingredients

  • Roma tomatoes
  • Plum tomatoes
  • Red bell peppers
  • Green bell peppers
  • Yellow bell peppers
  • Chiles
  • Green onions
  • Canned green chiles
  • Cilantro
  • Parsley
  • Tequila
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Durkee hot sauce (red)

Instructions

  1. Finely chop half of the ingredients.
  2. Puree the remaining ingredients in a food processor.
  3. Combine the pureed mixture with the chopped ingredients.
  4. Add lime juice, tequila, hot sauce, and chopped garlic and red onion.
  5. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 8 hours before serving.
  6. Keep refrigerated; the salsa lasts up to 7 days.
