Ingredients

  • partridge breasts and legs
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large can chow mein noodles
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Parboil partridge breasts and legs with carrot and onion in water to cover for about 30 minutes.
  2. Drain and remove the meat from the bones.
  3. Mix together the meat, sliced mushrooms, diluted mushroom soup, milk, and chow mein noodles.
  4. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Turn the mixture into a well buttered casserole dish.
  6. Bake in a 350°F oven for 1 1/2 hours.
