Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/8 tsp oregano
  • 1/8 tsp lemon pepper
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 10 oz pasta twists
  • chopped tomatoes
  • 2 cups chopped fresh spinach
  • 2 green onions

Instructions

  1. Coat chicken breasts with oregano, lemon pepper, crushed garlic, and oil.
  2. Bake the chicken at 350°F for 45 minutes.
  3. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  4. While chicken is baking, boil the pasta until al dente.
  5. Chop tomatoes, fresh spinach, and green onions.
  6. Slice the baked chicken into strips.
  7. Combine cooked pasta, chopped vegetables, and chicken in a large bowl.
  8. Toss everything together and serve.
